Common fixes
- No fresh results: check your connection and pull down to refresh. Public-data feeds can be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
- Location is unavailable: allow location access in Settings, or search for an address manually. Location is optional.
- An address looks wrong: try the street address without an apartment or unit number, or search the street name to see nearby records.
- A record is missing: the app reflects what the city's public data feed publishes. Use the official source link shown in the app to inspect the source record.
